The future of Italian sport will inevitably go beyond plant engineering and the renewal of existing structures, now obsolete and unequal to the challenges of an increasingly complex and interdisciplinary modernity. But how will these structures be built and what social and cultural impact will they have? Which regulatory requirements must be observed and respected and how can we streamline the bureaucratic processes that could stop this modernization process that can no longer be postponed? This was presented in a conference debate in the CONI Hall of Honor entitled “The commitment of the federations, sports promotion bodies, associated disciplines, sports federations and societies to the construction of modern, sustainable and inclusive structures in the light of Legislative Decree no. 38/2021”. Sport in safety, responsibilities related to the management and practice of sporting activities. The morning debate promoted by Luciano Buonfiglio, President of the Italian Canoe and Kayak Federation, in collaboration with the law firm Tonucci & Partners saw the intervention of specialists, which have always dealt with issues related to sport and infrastructure, but also with legislative profiles that determine them.After the remote greeting of the President by Coni Giovanni Malagò, several interventions followed, moderated by Dr. Alessandra di Legge of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers as well as President of the Analysis and Study Commission of the Lega Serie B and by the lawyer Stefania Cappa , federal prosecutor of the Italian Winter Sports Federation and sports judge of the Italian Gymnastics Federation.There were two round tables where various topics related to the general theme of the event were discussed.In the first interesting ones Speeches by Professor Loredana Giani (Professor of Administrative Law at the European University of Rome), by Paolo Carito (General Manager of EuroRoma 2024 – European Athletics Championships), by Debora Miccio (Institute of Sports Credit), by Mauro Baldissoni (Founder Standard Football), by Gianluca Cambarei (Tonucci & Partners law firm). In the second part of the morning, insights from Professor Piero Sandulli (Professor of Civil Procedure Law at the University of Rome – Foro Italico) and Mario Tonucci (Founder Tonucci & Partners).
